I tried many different technicians, from virus centers to my own computer manufacturer,
and not even Microsoft had any good ideas. I finally had to copy everything important
onto DVD, and wipe the computer. You might want to save many wasted hours and just
do that now...sorry there's no better solution out there...Best of luck! -Greg
