If you wanted to install a new Hard Drive, the manufacture of the Drive has a tool to image Windows to the new Drive, but at this point I would Just reinstall Windows. You have so little Data on the Drive it wouldn't take that long. Just use one Partition, or split it up a little better then what you have now. I think with a 30 gig drive I wouldn't worry about having 2 Partitions.
