Warm boot, Cold boot. ATX boards keep power unless you turn the switch on the back
off or turn off your surge strip. Evidently your board now demands a Cold boot. That's
ok as long as you know it. It may run perfectly that way for years. If any other
symptoms develop, then change the board.
