Before you resort to such a drastic measure as replacing your mobo, google machine_check_exception
and you will find that there are a large number of sites dealing with this problem.
Reading through the first one I get the impression that the problem is both hardware
and software related.
Go into the device manager, uninstall the drivers for the relevant hardware, reboot
and then reinstall using the drivers provided with the hardware. You might want to
update the drivers beforehand. In case you are unfamilar with device manager, click
Start, Run, type devmgmt.msc click OK. Find the relevant hardware, right click and
select uninstall.
Another idea would be to plug one of the devices to a friend's computer and see if
you experience the same problem.
