Just to let you know, I have used OCZ without this problem. It does seem Corsairs memory timings may be a little slow with the "value" memory. Do yourself a favor and buy non-value with better timings and get a faster module, ie.. DDR433 or DDR500. You can use a faster chip in that board and most boards for that matter. The faster chips seem to be priced lower as well because of the popularity. Just a thought.
