The same one I have. On mine (windows ME) it went straight in and on. On hers it keeps asking for BULK536.sys file(s). I have searched Microsoft for this but came up blank. Even with the drivers installed it still says "found new hard ware"!!! I used the install new hardware and camera-scanner wizard in control panel but it always says "found new hard ware". It shows in hard ware profiles that it is there but it will not work. Can anyone help me to help my pesky kid??
