I'm not familiar with the demo that you installed. Seek help from the creator of the demo or at its website; it may be little more than re-downloading and re-installing the program (after 1st uninstalling the demo that you now have on your system).

As to the casino and other pop-ups, you should scan your system for malware and vires. In addition, make sure the WinXP messenger service is disabled as instructed at these websites:

As to the system restore feature, don't rely on it to rescue you from a problem. Instead, undertake a sound periodic back-up regimen for the data that you can't afford to lose should your system develop a serious problem. This is particularly important if you don't have a WinXP CD, which puts you at a disadvantage.
Didn't you get any disks with your computer?
Btw, did you check to see if your system restore service is on and set for automatic startup type as I suggested in my prior post?
