It seems to be programs where the information changes or updates. System restore,
Norton internet security, activate windows etc. No programs where you type or interact
much (like games). Actually, it is only windows things except norton. I can't run
virus because norton dosen't work. But I have run Ad-Aware SE. (Which does spyware
and malware too).
