I believe that the user account has a limited access. There's a very simple way of resolving it. All that you have to do is boot you computer into safe mode( Tapping on F8 during the boot up process) When you try and log into windows from safe mode, it gives you the option to log into the Administrator Account. Select Adminstrator & you'll see the safe mode in all the 4 corners.After that you can go to control panel & user accounts and Click Change the account type to change the account type to increase or decrease the user's rights on the computer.click on apply and that should be it :) Good luck!
