I have already run the following programs: Norton Systemworks 1 button checkup Ad-aware Spy-bot S&D Registry Mechanic I have also gone through the registry a couple times and removed what i could by hand. I have also run MSConfig and found a start up file called "jhkbkg" also "bpvcr" which refuse to be turned off on startup, they just turn themselves back on. I have changed the web browser to Firefox and have attempted to run a virus scan but as my first post stated i couldn't complete it. I would not have posted my HijackThis log if i didnt think it would be needed. Thanks again...
