Programs like KillBox and MoveOnBoot? It's possible the malware is monitoring the
reg key they use and wiping any reference to itself it finds there, or it may have
a partner you haven't found which keeps putting it back.
Just something to try if you run out of other ideas... right click on the dll and
go to the security tab (if you have XP Home, you'll have to be in Safe Mode to do
this). Remove all access to the file and reboot. Then go back and give all access
back and try to delete it. If that does work, then go into the registry to search
for and delete any references to it.
