I would be a good idea to ask her before doing so. Anyone might get a little about
that. lol. I would, if the problem still is there and you have tried everything
recommanded, ask her about a reinstall and ask her what important data she has on
there and then back that up. However, it will be a good lesson to her not to install
program without knowing more information about what she is installing. You may also
want, if you do reinstall, install the proper protection for her so she doesn't run
into this again.
And yes, I may have been a little short about things, so I am sorry about that. I
have been going through a week trouble shooting training 8 hours a day and have another
week or two to go. Again, sorry.
