This system's infected with a variant of Adware.Look2Me, according to this entry: O20 - Winlogon Notify: Internet Settings - C:\WINDOWS\system32\i606lgds1606.dll It requires a special removal procedure, so fixing entries in HJT, is only part of it. Start with these cleaning steps below, then post on their malware support forum for further help. They're more experienced.
