You say you had a spyware/virus, but if there's anything remaining your system's
still not clean. As another poster suggested, you could use KillBox.
You can download KillBox from here:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/killbox.php
* Unzip KillBox into a folder. Double click Killbox.exe to run it.
* Go to Action ->Process and Reboot->Yes
* Go to File -> Add File
* Copy/paste the entire path to the DLL.
NOTE: Your computer will be restarted. Save any files you have open. Exit KillBox.
However, it may be best to go through these cleaning steps. There may be more to
it, than you think there is. You haven't said what the infection is.
