Other than that, in the registry I cannot find the ID 20060228033347703 or anything that would link to it. I simply don't know what this ID points to. I have the same feeling, that it's an invalid shortcut or folder that was deleted and is still in use by an application. I don't know where to look 4 the problem in the first place.
