I have a question about What to do about error messages during Windows startup:

After messing around with the security policy editor; Microsoft mangement console, I think, and enabling most of all the logging options, a reboot resulted in a log on message " Security logs are full\ only an administator can clear them " , but My username is rejected. There are only two accounts on the system, mine which is administator, and a limited. Guest and Nt_authortity are disabled on this XP Pro system, and I had it up to service pack 1. I'm totally locked out and clueless. Help anyone ?
