Using the registry editor, navigate to 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Word.
You will probably find the DWord UserData missing. Create it and give it a value
of 1. That should fix your problem. Similar strategy is needed for Outlook etc.
