Hmmm...weird. I'm at my office machine at the moment that has 2000. My 2003 is on
my home machines, so I can't check now, but if it's appearing in the systray when
you start Outlook, does it go away when you shut Oulook down? There must be a setting
somewhere in Office or Outlook to show an icon that can be disabled. I've never had
that happen, but I'll have to remember to check it out. Maybe in Options somewhere?
If not, it probably can be disabled by a registry edit...
