When Zone Alarm started asking to allow spoolsv.exe to access the internet, I went
to annoyances.org where I found instructions to look at Start,Settings, Printers
and faxes. To my amazement I found that I had a printer installed called PDFConverter.
It was set as default printer. I looked up PDFConverter and found that it is a program
that costs $30.00. I don't know how it got on my computer. I changed the default
printer back to my HP 4L laserjet and now spoolsv.exe doesn't ask Zone Alarm for
permission to go on the internet anymore.
