Another fix report

Hi, I've been working through the recommendations here and seem to have pinned my problems down to the power supply. The original was 300W, which I think was probably adequate but I don't know for sure. At any rate, I replaced it with a new, bigger one and the machine seems to be stable now (only application crashes in the last three days, previously it was hanging in a matter of hours).
