I have a question about How
do I see my file associations?:
I am trying to open older versions of WordPerfect files with the extensions w and
wp with WordPerfect 9. When I right-click this type of file and select Open With,
WordPerfect is not listed. If I browse to the program and click on it, I am just
taken back to the Open With list and the program is not selected. I followed your
directions for adding a program to the Open With list and WordPerfect now appears.
However, the old file formats I'm trying to open now display an Acrobat rather then
a WordPerfect icon, and when I click on them, WordPerfect crashes with a "WordPerfect
has encountered a problem" error message.
Any suggestions for resolving this problem?
