I also have the problem that my computer was purchased in Germany with german as the language when I would like it to be English. The current version is Windows XP Media Edition. I also own a copy of Windows XP Professional, but english, which is a couple years old. When I tried to put the CD in and install the Pro (english) edition, I was informed that I could not install windows because it is an older version than what I currently have. Is there some way to change to the Pro (English) version without having to lose everything which is already on my computer? Thanks, Kyle
