If there are only two computers on your network, then it shouldn't be to hard to
slove. Click start, run, type cmd and then ipconfig on both machines to see what
the IP is. If they are the same, then there is your problem. If you are using a router,
then it should be assigning the IPs and that shoudn't be a problem. You could also
try typing ipconfig /release and then ipconfig /renew and see if that sloves the
problem. Take note though that if your modem is not also a router, this may mess
up your network settings, so make sure that your modem really is a router or you
have a router that is assigning IPs on the network.
