I have no problems copying the luna file onto my computer. I go through all of these steps, and when I double click on the new Luna_mssytle file, it takes me to the apperance tab on the display.So it appears that everything is okay. The Apply button is grayed out, so I just hit ok. It then tells me... "The visual styles could not be applied. The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fasion" So I went and checked in the administrative tools. It says that my themes has started and it automatic... Basically, I dunno what I'm doing wrong...
