Internet Explorer in Task Bar

Hi folks, How do I get EVERY instance of Internet Explorer to open it's own icon in my Task Bar? For example, if I open three IE instances going, they all have their own icon in the Task Bar. But if I open six or seven, they automagically move into one icon. In order to see them all, I have to click on the one icon - then I get a stack of window titles to choose from. How do I undo this annoying setting?? Thanks, Dean P.S. Yes, I have used the search function and checked through ten pages of results but did not find anything remotely close to this. Thanks for asking. :-)
