The other day my computer crashed and now every time I try to turn it on it will proceed as if it is about to start and then a screen appears that tells me that my computer has failed to start successfully and that might be due to a hardware/software problem. It gives me the options to run in safe mode, last known good config, and start normally by using the arrows. Every time I try to use the arrows to make it start they do not work. I made sure my keyboard was plugged in but really I am not a computer person and I need help! I think it might have to do with memory?!? I would appreciate any help you guys could give me, I'm clueless about these things. Thank you!
