hello!i have a similar problem in my desktop computer.whenever i press the standby
key from my keyboard the system goes to standby mode.but whenever i resume it from
that mode by pressing the same key again then the monitor doesnt turn on.when i choose
the minimal power option then on resuming from standby the computer restarts.
i have one device on usb that is mouse and i have that box unchecked in the power
management option of mouse from device manager mouse properties 'allow this device
to bring the computer out of standby'.
but when i check that box then the fans keep running.
plzzzzz tel me what to do.it has given me a headache.
my pc config are pentium d 3.0ghz,1gb ram, windows xp professional sp2
thanx in advance.sanchit,india
