I am happy to say that the tweakui and/or the Upnp.exe download worked (after I rebooted). I hate my WindowsXP. I have been out of the USA for several months on several continents, have had to do a clean reinstall twice and dealt with several other small annoyances. I will never buy a PC system again and look forward to my first Mac.
