I hate to bring this post back to life. But I'm recently having this problem the
same one many of the people in this thread have. I have a Dell Dimension E10.
I usually get this problem when shutting down the system.I've posted on the Dell
Forums. I've tried restoring the system and I've tried the sfc scan.
And disabling Dr. Watson can be dangerous if not done right. So I don't want to screw
up the system and than have to format the system and lose everything.
I don't know where find the Dell quickset or what to do.
