I tried all the advice for the hyper link in Outlook Express not opening, and nothing
??? so I turned of the pop up on my tool bar, nothing, !!! then I remembered I had
downloaded Internet Eraser Light, I disabled the pop ups on that and Yes !!!!!!
it worked, hope this is helpful for some one,
