Cant Find My CD Drives ('D' & 'E')

I have got 2 dvd re writer drives on my computer and i have had them on for some 
time now, they both worked before and there was nothing wrong with them, but now 
i cant access them, when i open 'my computer' there is no symbol for any of these 
drives ('d' &'e') just my floppy drive. I Cant play any cds dvds or pc cd roms etc. 
i cant play nothing, what is wrong with them. Please help.
