i'm trying to change my settings so that i don't get a welcome screen at all in an unactivated copy of windows XP.... the problem is, i can't access my start menu and click run because the start menu and my desktop are unavailable. all i can use is explorer. i have no password, and only one user account. i want windows to log me on automatically at startup so that i don't get prompted to enter a product key, or at least get a "remind me later" type option. please advise.
