I also am having this problem... it's a shame that a solution hasn't really been
found :( I've deleted all "foreign" Send To items, so that all is left are the system
ones, but it still crashes.
A little tip though: Just because EXPLORER.EXE crashes doesn't mean you need to restart
your computer. Simply press CTRL-ALT-DEL and either a) Log out and Log back in again
or even better, b): Click FILE > RUN COMMAND and type EXPLORER.EXE!
