I have a question about Customize
the Start Menu Button:
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change the flag icon in the CLASSIC
start menu, I'm using XP-Home SP2, when I open user.exe in MicroAngelo Libraries,
the first two icons are red boxes, like a setup icon. When I open user32.dll in MicroAngelo
Libraries the first two icons are program icons, but nowhere can I find the flag.
Help me out?
