Hi
I have been seeing the same problem and following the directions I discovered a very
simple fix.
When I arrived at
Go to control panel, folder options, file types tab
Scroll down to the URL:Hypertext Transfer Protocols, click advanced, click edit
and make sure the following is in the application used to perform action box:
”C:\PROGRAM FILES\INTERNET EXPLORER\iexplore.exe” -nohome
Instead of iexplore.exe it had ybrowser.exe
I uninstalled ybrowser at the same time my problem started.

select Internet Explorer
Choose a default e-mail program:
select Outlook Express
Click OK
That simple
This worked for me first time hope it works for you too.
