Unfortunately the method described did not work for me,
even though I have System Restore turned off. I tried deleting xerox/nwwia while
in Safe Mode, but this was also not effective. I am not good enough with computers
to feel comfortable using a hex editor on the Registry to eliminate a folder that
apparently takes negligible hard drive space. Instead I opened the folder's Properties,
went to Attributes and checked the Hidden box. Since I have "do not show hidden files
and folders" checked under the Tools Menu/ Folder Options/View, I no longer see the
folder.
