re: Question about 'Resolving Hardware Conflicts' Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at 2:34 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by donna (4 messages posted) hiya, when i went to delete the lowerfilters and upperfilters it said that there was an error in deleting them, ive tried everything and its still not working. im not very good at using the registry editor so im not sure if im doing everything right, is there any more ideas?. i am getting the error code on packet scheduler miniport in device manager and i cant seem to find a solution to fix it!!!!
