re: Question about 'Resolving Hardware Conflicts' Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at 2:55 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by donna (4 messages posted) can you help? when i go to device manager i have an explanation mark in network adaptors-packet scheduler miniport 2# that says Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged!! i am really confused!! i have tried unistalling the upper and lower filters but when i do this it say cannot delete! i am at my witts end with this problem as my cd drive aint working and i dont know if this packet scheduler miniport 2# error is anything to do with it!! this is the only error i have in device manager!!
