Real Fix for this Problem!

This is for the times when none of the above work.
Go to Start Menu -> Run and type "regedit" (exclude quotes).
Click [HKEY_CURRENT_USER].
Click Software.
Click Microsoft.
Click Windows.
Click CurrentVersion.
Click Policies.
Delete the folder labeled "System" (under Policies). Or, if you prefer to play it
safe (i.e. you don't trust me), just rename it to "_System" (excluding quotes).
That may take care of the problem. If it does, you'll know that you had/have a malicious
program called "SpySheriff" installed on your computer.
