I have seen this problem recently and at the same time Adobe Reader 7.08 is having
problems shutting down. I expect DWWIN.EXE would normally be called in response to
any program which is having problems simply by the function it is trying to provide.
The source of the problem could therefor be a version or regestry installation issue
between Adobe & Microsoft. If you have Adobe v7 installed you could either try updating
it, or installing an older version to at least isolate the problem.
