If you're running that low on space, you should add a second hard disk. There's other folders and junk you can get rid of to free up some space. If you install Hotfixes, you'll have a lot of folders in this Windows directory. If you've no intention of uninstalling any of those Hotfixes/updates, you can safely delete these: $NtUninstall KBxxxxxx$ (They'll likely be in blue) They take up a lot of space. First, you need to unhide all files and folders. It's usually advised NOT to delete their associated folders in this directory: C:\WINDOWS\$hf_mig$.
