Hi,
I had this same problem with Pro Evolution soccer 4. Tried everything and still no
joy. My PC is brand new Dell Dimensio 9200 with geforce 7900GS card. Tried all what
was mentioned above and no joy. Ended up downloading the nocd patch (which removed
the need for a cd to be in the drive) from gamecopyworld.com and for some reason
that fixed it. If this problem is casued by securcom isn't it ironic that a piece
of piracy patching solves the problem. For the record I own the original of this
game so ain;t breaking any laws where I come from.
