While I still have no idea how to fix this problem (I have been experiencing it for
months now), I have decyphered the Windows Help tips below, and where the menus are
found. Basically, those who are computer-savvy can right click on the connection
in question found in Network Connections and click Porperties. This should get you
to step three, however I dont believe that any of these tips worked for me anyway.
