I have a question about How do get the taskbar and desktop back if Explorer crashes:

My all desktop icon and task bar has disappeared and right click doesn't work. If I go to task manager from Ctrl+Alt+Del I can run all the applications but explorer doesn't work. It seems some program is blocking my explorer or explorer.exe has got corrupted.
