I use the add/remove function but receive the following message 'this package can not install new software on your computer' I am at a loss as I dont want to put anything new on, I just want to get rid of Speedtouch as it is and install the new fast speed driver which I have downloaded on my new ISP advice. I have emailed their site but got no response. Does anyone have any ideas please?
