if u like me did not solve the problem with the above then u can always turn of th
system speaker and get rid of the annoying sound like this.
Right click on My computer. Go the the hardware manager tab of System Properties.
Click on device manager. System speaker is in the list under system devices. Double
click on system speaker. In the device usage box, there is a setting for enable or
disable.
