Go to my computer...properties...advanced tab...startup and recovery section...settings...system startup...click on edit to open the boot ini file in notepad. Add a space and then /sos at the end...save changes. This will show you what's going behind the screens. I assume it works on a Dell...it's a Windows thing. Bob H. Bob H.
