I've seen this before, and as long as Windows will detect the full size of the drive,
you should be fine. You'll be able to use it all in the current and future (probably)
versions of Windows. If your BIOS is updated, you should update it even though this
isn't a serious problem. Instructions on doing that can be found on the website
of the manufacturer of your motherboard.
(I assume you know that 200GB is what hard drive companies call ~186GB.)
