It seems that XP starts CheckDisk, but i'm unable to see it because of the XPize loading (boot) screen. I found that out by setting this HD as Slave disk and putting my old HD as Master. My last partition (F:), used for music and video, was broken.

I set new HD back to Master and skipped CheckDisk (which i couldn't see)by holding a key. It continued the winXP installation (I used it to repair XP, I now know that i wasn't a good idea...). When it was done, blue screen appeared showing something like 'Windows is now loading...', but nothing else happened. I could only move the mouse pointer and HD led was off. I formated the F: drive, but that didn't help.

So now it boots up, but only to the 'Windows is now loading...' point.
