Well the thing that i have is totally different. i have been having the same problem
as same as you. The obly thing i figured out is that dwwin.exe stands for doctorwaston.
That is a virus ir a worm. the problm that i had it was that whenever i went to the
internet dwwin.exe pop-up came up and said error end now or a error message. The
thing that i done was that i went to "start,search,all files and folders,dwwin" Then
delete all the files that you find. then rebot your pc. don't try this this might
be a different thing from what problem you are having. anothter problem it might
be a software running on the background to fix that you have to try to remove and
figure out what is the problem.
